深圳市光明新区家庭病床运行实践分析

The Operation Practice Analysis of Shenzhen Guangming Family Bed

目的:研究与分析深圳市光明新区家庭病床运行实践情况。方法:选取深圳市光明新区28个社康中心的860张家庭病床服务对象作为调查对象,根据已获得的光明新区2014至今家庭病床基本情况调查的数据,总结分析服务对象的开展服务项目、诊断病种、用药情况、满意度、医疗费用、风险评价等内容。结果:860张病床中,诊断病种前3位为肿瘤术后、糖尿病、高血压,占总病床数72.56%(624/860);服务项目前3位为静脉注射、静脉滴注、肌肉注射,占总服务项目63.00%(126/200);而开具药物总量中,中成药与普通西药开具占比为84.62%(198/234);860张病床的满意度为94.88%(816/860);安全风险评价情况:高风险121例,占比14.07%,中等风险318例,占比36.98%,低风险421例,占比48.95%。结论:深圳市光明新区家庭病房运行后,能有效满足该区有关慢性病、常见病的服务需求,而社区医院以及卫生服务中心需加强家庭病床运行实践,指导患者合理利用家庭病床,通过完善相关规章制度对家庭病床加强管理,则能确保医疗安全,提高其服务质量。

Objective：To study and analysis of Guangming New District Shenzhen City family bed operation practice.Method：A total of 860 family bed service object in Guangming District of Shenzhen City 28 community health center was selected as the object of investigation,according to the basic situation of family sickbed survey data in Guangming since 2014,services diagnosis,disease,medication,satisfaction,medical expenses,risk assessment of the service object were analysis.Result：The top 3 of the diagnosis in 860 beds were tumor,diabetes and hypertension,the total proportion of beds was 72.56%（624/860）;the top 3 of service were intravenous injection,intravenous infusion and intramuscular injection,the total proportion of service item was 63.00%（126/200）;among total drug,traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine common issue accounted for 84.62%（198/234）;satisfaction of 860 beds was 94.88%（816/860）;for safety risk assessment,high risk has 121 cases,accounting for 14.07%,moderate risk has 318 cases,accounting for 36.98%,low risk has 421 cases,accounting for 48.95%.Conclusion：The operation of Shenzhen Guangming New District family bed can effectively meet the needs of some chronic diseases and common diseases in this area,community health service centers and hospitals need to strengthen the operation practice of the family bed,guide the rational use of family bed for patients,reinforce the management of the family bed through improving the relevant rules and regulations,these will ensure medical safety and improve the quality of service.
