下颌前磨牙多根管的治疗中应用CBCT及显微镜的疗效分析

The Curative Effect of CBCT and Microscopy in the Treatment of Mandibular Anterior Molar

目的:研究对下颌前磨牙多根管患者的治疗中应用CBCT及显微镜的效果。方法:选择下颌前磨牙多根管需要进行根管治疗的下颌前磨牙的患者60例,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组使用常规锥形束进行检查和治疗,试验组采取锥形束CT和显微镜进行检查和治疗。观察两组的治疗效果与检出率。结果:试验组的检出率、疏通率均明显高于对照组,且治疗效果优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于下颌前磨牙多根管患者,采取CBCT及显微镜进行治疗,所取得的治疗效果显著,不但可以提高检查率,还可以有效提高治疗效果。

Objective：To study the therapeutic effect of CBCT and microscopy in the treatment of patients with mandibular premolar.Method：A total of 60 mandibular premolars needed root canal treatment in patients with mandibular premolar root canal more were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group,according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by CBCT,the experimental group was treated by CBCT and microscope.The therapeutic effect and detection rate of two groups were observed.Result：The detection rate and the cure rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For patients with mandibular premolar root canal more,taking the CBCT and microscope treatment,the treatment effect is remarkable,it not only can increase the detection rate,also can effectively improve the treatment effect.
