安徽省大别山连片特困区扶贫开发绩效分析

Performance Analysis of Poverty Alleviation and Development of Contiguous Poverty-stricken Area in Dabieshan Mountains in Anhui Province

采用因子分析法,对安徽省大别山连片特困区及其12个贫困县2012-2016年扶贫开发绩效进行分析,研究结果表明:第一,安徽省大别山连片特困区的扶贫绩效总体呈现稳步逐年上升态势;第二,扶贫开发绩效地区差异较大,空间上发展不平衡,大致呈现出"南高北低"的格局;第三,扶贫开发绩效与地区消费水平、信息化程度呈现出显著的正相关性。

Factor analysis method was used to analyze the poverty alleviation and development performance of 2012-2016 contiguous poverty-stricken areas in Dabieshan Mountains and its 12 poor counties in Anhui Province. The results showed that the overall performance of poverty alleviation in the Dabie Mountains of Anhui Province is steadily increasing year by year. Second,the differences of poverty alleviation and development performance are large,they generally show the ＂ South high but North low＂ pattern and unbalanced development in space. Third,the performance of poverty alleviation and development has a significant positive correlation with the regional consumption level and information degree.
