Status and strategy cultivation of environmental service industry in Guangxi

广西环境服务业发展迅速,已初具规模,但产业规模仍较小,自有核心技术少,企业形式较为单一,工程设计与技术研发能力不强,环保设施运行管理经验不足。可见广西环境服务业还处于初步成长时期,其技术总体供给水平与广西环境服务业市场技术需求还有一定差距,需要从构建先进环保产业体系、推进节能减排、大宗资源循环利用、加强人才技术储备、促进技术创新等主要环节进行战略培育。

Environmental service in dustry has taken shape in Guangxi through rapid development,though the scale of this industry is still small and there are only a few core technologies,undiversified enterprise form,poor capability of engineering design and technology research and development,and inadequate experience of environmental protection facility operation management.It is thus evident that the environmental service industry is still at the initial stage of development,so there is a gap between the demand and supply of technology in the environmental service market of Guangxi.The authors believe that advanced environmental protection industry system,energy-saving and emission-reduction,cyclic utilizationof staple mineral resources,available talent pool and technical reserve,technological innovation and other key factors are required to be strategically cultivated.
