对外科住院医师规范化培训学员开展胸腔镜培训班的体会

Experience of Standardized Training for Surgical Residents to Carry Out Thoracoscopy Training Course

目的探讨外科住院医师规范化培训学员开展胸腔镜培训班的效果。方法针对贵州省全省范围各规培基地招收2014级、2015级外科住院医师规范化培训学员开展短期胸腔镜培训班,学员总计40名,培训内容包括外科腔镜基础知识讲座、胸腔镜模拟器训练、胸腔镜动物实验3部分。在培训前后行理论知识、操作技能评定。观察外科住院医师培训前后对胸腔镜的情况。结果外科住院医师培训后理论知识评分、操作技能评分较培训前增加[(96.7±2.5)分vs.(78.2±6.9)分]、[(92.4±1.9)分vs.(73.8±8.3)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外科住院医师规范化培训学员开展胸腔镜培训班的效果显著,可提高学员对胸腔镜的理论及操作水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of standardized training for surgical residents on thoracoscopy training. Methods Short-term training courses were carried out in training bases in Guizhou province for all regular training of resident doctors of grade 2014 and grade 2015, and there were 40 resident doctors in total. The training included 3 parts： the basic knowledge of surgical endoscopy, the training of thoracoscopy simulator and the animal experiment of thoracoscopy. Before and after training, theoretical knowledge and operational skills evaluation were conducted. The situation of thoracoscopy before and after surgical residency training were observed. Results After surgical residency training, score and operation skill score of theoretical knowledge were increased than before training [（96.7±2.5） scores vs.（78.2±6.9） scores], [（92.4±1.9） scores vs.（73.8±8.3） scores], the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. ConclusionThe standardized training of surgical residents has a remarkable effect on thoracoscopy training, which can improve the theory and operation level of thoracoscopy.
