关于人文医学与校园文化协同发展的思考

现代医学已进入生物-心理-社会医学模式,人文医学教育受到越来越多的关注。医务工作者的人文素质对于改善医疗服务、增进医患沟通具有不可替代的作用,对于改善医患关系有着不可估量的作用,高等医药院校在人才培养过程中加强人文医学教育刻不容缓。人文医学和校园文化具有立德树人的共同目的,存在本质的相通性和功能的互补性,两者协同发展将产生一加一大于二的效果。高等医药院校应加强顶层设计,营造浓厚的人文氛围,培养德才兼备的中国好医生。

Modern medicine has entered the biology-psychology-social medical model, and the humanistic medicine education is getting more and more attention.The humanism quality of medical workers has irreplaceable function to improve medical services and patient understanding, and has an immeasurable role in improve the doctor-patient relationship. It is in urgent need to strengthen medical humanities education during the cultivating process in higher medical colleges and universities. Medical humanities shares the common purpose with campus culture, has the same existence connectivity and complementarity in function, and the coordinated development of both will work as a result that one plus one is greater than two. Higher medical schools should enhance the top-level design, create a strong cultural atmosphere and cultivate good doctors in China.
