摘要
目的探究高胆红素血症对早产儿凝血功能的影响情况。方法本次研究选取我院2013年1月—2015年12月收治的100例早产儿,按是否并发高胆红素血症分为对照组和实验组,各50例。对所有早产儿的凝血功能检测指标进行回顾性分析,探究高胆红素血症对早产儿凝血功能的影响情况。结果实验组的平均凝血酶原时间(PT)为(20.67±2.23)s、凝血酶时间(TT)为(25.56±3.89)s、活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)为(79.79±10.86)s,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高胆红素血症能降低早产儿的凝血功能,临床上应当及时检测早产儿凝血指标,早诊断、早治疗,采取有效措施预防早产儿出血性疾病以及其他并发症的出现。
Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbilirubinemia on coagulation function in premature infants. Methods This study selected 100 cases of premature infants treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015, divided into control group and experimental group according to whether or not complicated hyperbilirubinemia, 50 cases in each group. The retrospective analysis of the indexes of coagulation function in all premature infants was carried out to investigate the effect of hyperbilirubinemia on coagulation function in premature infants. Results The average prothrombin time(PT) as the experimental group(20.67±2.23) s, thrombin time(TT) for(25.56±3.89) s, activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) for(79.79±10.86) s, were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Hyperbilirubinemia can reduce the blood coagulation function in premature infants, the clinical should be timely detection of blood coagulation index in premature infants, early diagnosis and early treatment, to take effective measures to prevent disease and other complications of bleeding in preterm infants.
