心电图和动态心电图应用于病毒性心肌炎急性期诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of ECG and Holter in Acute Stage of Viral Myocarditis

目的探究心电图与动态心电图应用在急性期病毒性心肌炎的临床治疗效果。方法资料回顾性选取2016年1月—2017年1月收治的82例VMC急性期患者,依据心率监测模式不同分为对照组(41例)和研究组(41例)。对照组以心电图检查,研究组以动态心电图检查,比较分析两组检查结果和监测指标的相关情况。结果研究组治疗前正常探查率4.88%(2/41)与治疗后正常探查率90.24%(37/41)均高于对照组,且早搏次数监测治疗前与治疗后也较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论急性期病毒性心肌炎治疗时,通过动态心电图辅助可以增加病症判断的准确性,检测指标更佳全面具体。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ECG and Holter in the treatment of acute viral myocarditis. Methods The data of 82 patients with acute VMC in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were retrospectively selected. The patients were divided into control group（41 cases） and study group（41 cases） according to heart rate monitoring mode.The control group underwent ECG, the study group underwent dynamic ECG examination, comparative analysis of the two groups of examination results and monitoring indicators of the relevant situation. Results Before treatment, normal exploration rate of study group was 4.88%（2/41）, and the normal detection rate was 90.24%（37/41） after treatment, which were higher than the control group, and the number of premature monitoring before and after the treatment was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion During the treatment of acute stage viral myocarditis, the accuracy of the disease judgment can be increased by dynamic electrocardiogram assistance, and the indexes are better and comprehensive.
