MIPPO技术行LISS系统内固定治疗膝关节周围复杂骨折的疗效

MIPPO Technique and LISS System Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Complicated Fractures Around Knee Joint

目的讨论微创经皮钢板骨桥接技术(MIPPO)行微创内固定系统(LISS)治疗膝关节周围复杂骨折的临床效果。方法随机选取2015年3月—2016年12月我院收治的膝关节周围复杂骨折患者74例,随机分成实验组37例,对照组37例,对照组给予普通钢板治疗,实验组采取MIPPO技术行LISS系统内固定治疗方案,对两组治疗有效率和HSS评分进行对比和分析。结果实验组的HSS评分为83.78%,对照组的HSS评分为54.05%,实验组的HSS评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MIPPO技术行LISS系统内固定治疗膝关节周围复杂骨折的效果明确,具有创伤小、牢固稳定以及愈合快的特点。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of MIPPO technique and LISS system internal fixation for complex fractures around knee joint. Methods Randomly selected 74 cases of complicated fractures around knee joint in our hospital from March 2015 to December 2016. They were randomly divided into experimental group 37 cases and control group 37 cases, control group was treated with plain steel plate, and the experimental group was treated with MIPPO technique and LISS system internal fixation. The treatment efficiency and HSS score of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The HSS score of the experimental group was 83.78%, the HSS score of the control group was 54.05%, and the HSS score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The MIPPO technique is effective in the treatment of complex fractures around knee joint with LISS system fixation. It is characterized by small trauma, firmness, stability and rapid healing.
