摘要
目的对显微手术治疗脑胶质瘤的临床效果进行观察。方法选取我院收治的脑胶质瘤患者48例,根据术式分为实验组和对照组各24例,对照组采用传统开放治疗,实验组采用显微手术。结果实验组手术时间和恢复时间均低于对照组,且治疗效果优于对照组,P<0.05。结论对于脑胶质瘤运用显微手术治疗效果确切。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of microsurgery for brain glioma. Methods 48 cases of glioma patients in our hospital were selected. They were divided into experimental group and control group with 24 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional open therapy, and the experimental group was treated with microsurgery. ResultsThe operation time and recovery time of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group, and the treatment effect was better than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Microsurgical treatment is effective for glioma.
