医用洗护敷料联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗婴幼儿湿疹的临床效果研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Infantile Eczema With Medical Care Dressing Combined With Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets

目的研究沐儿欣医用洗护敷料治疗婴幼儿湿疹的临床效果。方法采用阳性对照法,两组均服用复方甘草酸苷片,对照组外用强生婴儿沐浴露,治疗组外用医用洗护敷料沐儿欣护肤液,持续治疗2周,考察湿疹的治疗有效率。结果使用沐儿欣联合复方甘草酸苷片持续治疗2周后,湿疹的治疗有效率达到98.9%,高于强生婴儿沐浴露联合复方甘草酸苷片的治疗效果。结论沐儿欣可以增强复方甘草酸苷片治疗婴幼儿湿疹的疗效。

Objective To study the effect of muerxin medical care children dressing in the treatment of infantile eczema. Methods Positive control method was adopted, two groups were treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablets, control group was treated with johnson baby shower gel,the treatment group were treated with medical care lotion dressing, continuous treatment for 2 weeks to investigate the effectiveness of eczema treatment. Results After 2 weeks of continuous treatment with compound glycyrrhizin tablets and muerxin, the effectiveness of eczema treatment was 98.9%, higher than that of johnson baby bath lotion combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets. Conclusion Muerxin can enhance the efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of infantile eczema.
