甲钴胺、依帕司他联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Epalrestat Combined With Methylcobalamin, Alpha Lipoic Acid in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探讨糖尿病周围神经病变患者治疗中联合实施α-硫辛酸方案+甲钴胺方案+依帕司他方案的效果。方法从2015年4月—2016年10月进入我院的糖尿病周围神经病变患者中,选取32例分析,且联合实施α-硫辛酸方案+甲钴胺方案+依帕司他方案治疗,观察其效果。结果 32例患者有效率93.75%,且治疗后患者运动神经组织的传导速度以及感觉神经组织的传导速度都改善(P<0.05)。结论对于出现糖尿病周围神经病变的患者,联合实施α-硫辛酸方案+甲钴胺方案+依帕司他方案治疗十分有效。

Objective To explore the treatment effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients with alpha lipoic acid and mecobalamin epalrestat. Methods From April 2015 to October 2016, we entered the diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients in our hospital, 32 cases were analyzed, and the joint implementation of alpha lipoic acid solution ＋ program ＋ Mecobalamin epalrestat treatment, observe its effect. Results The effective rate of 32 patients was 93.75%, and the conduction velocity of motor nerve tissue and the conduction velocity of sensory nerve tissue were improved after treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the emergence of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients, combination of alpha lipoic acid solution ＋ program ＋ mecobalamin epalrestat treatment is very effective.
