中医针灸联合推拿疗法对小儿脑瘫功能康复的效果观察

Effect of TCM Acupuncture Combined With Massage Therapy on Functional Rehabilitation of Children With Cerebral Palsy

目的探讨中医针灸与推拿疗法在脑瘫患儿康复治疗中的价值。方法选取我院2014年5月—2017年5月收治的74例脑瘫患儿作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=37,采用中医推拿疗法)和治疗组(n=37,采用中医推拿疗法联合中医针灸疗法),比较两组临床疗效和后遗症情况。结果对照组患儿的治疗总有效率与治疗组患儿比较,治疗组高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组患儿的后遗症发生率,治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医针灸与中医推拿疗法联合应用有利于提高脑瘫患儿治疗效果,降低后遗症发生率。

Objective To explore the value of Chinese acupuncture and massage therapy in rehabilitation treatment of children with cerebral palsy. Methods Selected 74 children with cerebral palsy treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2017 as the object of observation, according to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group（n=37, the traditional Chinese medicine massage therapy） and the treatment group（n=37, using traditional Chinese medicine massage therapy combined with Chinese medicine acupuncture therapy）, clinical efficacy and sequelae of the two groups were compared. Results The effect rate of treatment group was higher than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; The incidence of sequelae in the two groups was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Chinese acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine massage therapy is beneficial to improve the treatment effect of children with cerebral palsy and reduce the incidence of sequelae.
