探讨医疗器械清洗消毒的影响因素

To Investigate the Influencing Factors of Cleaning and Disinfection of Medical Instruments

目的探讨医疗器械清洗消毒效果的影响因素,提出解决对策。方法 2015年2月起,我院消毒供应中心加强了医疗器械消毒清洗管理。分析既往影响医疗器械清洗消毒质量的因素并据此提出解决措施,以全面提高工作质量及可复用器械的清洗消毒合格率。随机从2015年2月—2017年5月我院消毒供应中心加强管理后,消毒清洗的可复用器械中抽取样本进行合格性检测,取同期常规管理模式下相同样本数进行对照,观察合格率。结果实验组血管钳、手术镊、手术剪、持针钳样本检测合格率分别为99.0%、100%、99.5%、99.0%,各指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论影响医疗器械清洗消毒效果的因素较多,针对性规范操作流程对提高清洗消毒质量具有重要作用。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of medical instruments cleaning and disinfection, and put forward the countermeasures. Methods Since February 2015, disinfection and supply center of our hospital had strengthened the management of disinfection and cleaning of medical instruments. The factors affecting the quality of medical instruments cleaning and disinfection were analyzed, and the measures were put forward to improve the quality of work and the rate of cleaning and disinfection of reusable instruments. After strengthening the management of disinfection supply center from February 2015 to May 2017, samples extracted from sterilized reusable instruments were checked for qualification, and compared with same number of samples during the same period under routine management mode, the qualified rate was observed. Results In the experimental group, surgical forceps forceps, surgical scissors, needle holder sample test pass rates were 99%, 100%, 99.5%, 99%, all the indicators were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There are many factors that affect the efficacy of cleaning and disinfection of medical instruments. It is important to improve the quality of cleaning and disinfection according to the standard operation process.
