急诊危重休克患者及时接诊对提高抢救成功率的意义

The Significance of Timely Admission in Emergency Critical Shock Patients to Improve the Success Rate of Rescue

目的探讨急诊及时接诊对危重休克患者抢救成功率提高的意义。方法随机选择2015年2月—2016年5月在本院急诊科接受救治的68例危重休克患者分为对照组(常规接诊)、观察组(及时接诊),对2组患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果观察组的抢救成功率为97.37%,对照组为83.33%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);2组护理满意度分别为94.74%、70.00%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在危重休克患者急诊抢救过程中,配合及时接诊护理,可促进患者的抢救成功率得到提高,提升患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the significance of emergency treatment in emergency patients with severe shock. Methods 68 cases of critically ill patients randomly selected from February 2015 to May 2016 shock in the emergency department of our hospital for treatment were randomly divided into control group（routine admissions）, observation group（timely admissions）, the 2 groups of patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The success rate of rescue was 97.37% in the observation group and 83.33% in the control group. The observation group was greater than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, and the satisfaction degree of the 2 groups was 94.74% and 70% respectively, while the observation group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the emergency rescue process of critically ill patients with shock, with the timely admission of care, can advance the success rate of patient rescue, improve patient satisfaction.
