神经外科ICU重症患者机械通气护理分析

Nursing Analysis of Mechanical Ventilation in Patients With Severe ICU in Department of Neurosurgery

目的探讨神经外科ICU重症患者机械通气护理的方法和效果。方法选取2015年8月—2016年8月我院神经外科接收的需行机械通气的ICU重症患者84例,对其临床护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果84例患者中护理显效54例,护理有效28例,无效2例,护理总有效率为97.62%。结论机械通气是治疗重症颅脑损伤等神经外科疾病伴随呼吸受阻的重要方法,其能够维持患者正常的呼吸,提高患者存活率,为治疗工作赢得宝贵时机。人体对机械通气会产生一定的应激反应,最常见的就是排痰不畅、气道堵塞,在此过程中结合一定的护理,可有效降低不良事件的发生几率,使患者能够始终保持顺利呼吸,同时提高抢救的成功率,优化护患关系。

Objective To investigate the method and effect of mechanical ventilation nursing for severe ICU patients in department of neurosurgery. Methods 84 cases of severe ICU patients receiving mechanical ventilationfrom department of neurosurgery in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected and analyzed retrospectively. Results In 84 patients, 54 cases were markedly effective, 28 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 97.62%. Conclusion Mechanical ventilation is an important method for the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury and other department of Neurosurgery diseases, accompanied by respiratory obstruction. It can maintain the normal breathing of patients, improve the survival rate of patients, and win valuable opportunities for treatment. The body will produce certain stress response to mechanical ventilation, the most common is poor expectoration, airway obstruction, in this process, with some care, can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events, so that patients can always maintain smooth breathing at the same time, improve the success rate of rescue, the optimization of the relationship between nurses and patients.
