Effect of Empathy Nursing on Perioperative Negative Emotion Management in Patients Undergoing Cystectomy

目的探讨共情护理对卵巢囊肿切除术患者围术期负性情绪管理的效果探讨。方法选取我院妇产科2014年1月—2017年5月行卵巢囊肿切除术的50例卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象,在围术期应用共情护理模式实施优质护理服务。对比患者入院当天与出院当天的焦虑自评(SAS)和抑郁自评(SDS)结果。结果患者入院当天与出院当天的SAS分和SDS评分对比,差异有统计学意义,患者出院当天的SAS分和SDS评分低于入院当天的评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论共情护理能改善卵巢囊肿切除术患者围术期焦虑、抑郁负性情绪,有效促进和谐的护患关系,提升优质护理服务质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of empathy nursing on negative emotion management in patients undergoing cystectomy. Methods Selected 50 cases of ovarian cyst in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2017 as the research object, and applied empathy nursing mode in perioperative period to implement high quality nursing service. Compared the anxiety self rating（SAS） and self rating depression（SDS） results on the day of admission and the day of discharge. Results The patients were admitted on the same day and compared with the SAS score and SDS score on the day of discharge, the difference was statistically significant, the SAS score and SDS score of the discharged patients were lower than those on the day of admission, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Empathy nursing can significantly improve the anxiety, depression and negative emotion during the perioperative period of cystectomy, effectively promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, and improve the quality of high quality nursing services.
