小柴胡汤加味治疗感冒后咳嗽30例

Thirty Cases of Cough due to Cold Treated with Flavored Minor Bupleurum Decoction

目的:观察小柴胡汤加味治疗感冒后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将感冒后咳嗽患者60例随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组口服硫酸特布他林片2.5 mg,每日3次,治疗组口服中药小柴胡汤加味,每日1剂,分早晚温服,总疗程为14 d。观察患者的临床症状改善情况。结果:对照组有效率为63.33%,治疗组有效率为93.33%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小柴胡汤加味治疗感冒后咳嗽疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Flavored Minor Bupleurum Decoction on cough due to cold. Methods： Sixty patients with cough due to cold were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with 2.5 m g of Terbutaline Sulfate Tablets for oral administration, 3 times a day, while the ones in the treatment group were treated with Flavored Minor Bupleurum Decoction, 1 dose daily which was taken in the morning and in the evening respectively when it was warm. The total course of treatment lasted for 14 days. Then the improvement of clinical symptoms was observed. Results ： The effective rate of the control group was 63.33%, while that of the treatment group was 93.33% ; And the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Flavored Minor Bupleurum Decoction has a remarkable clinical curative effect on cough due to cold.
