续骨活血汤结合微创钢板固定治疗三踝骨折临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Xugu Huoxue Decoction in Combination with Minimally Invasive Plate Fixation in Treating Three Ankle Fracture

目的:观察续骨活血汤结合微创钢板固定治疗三踝骨折的疗效。方法:选取2012年10月—2013年10月本院骨科收治的三踝骨折患者64例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组给予微创钢板固定治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用续骨活血汤治疗。结果:观察组治疗后骨密度、血清磷和血清钙水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率为90.63%,对照组有效率为81.25%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为12.50%,观察组不良反应发生率为6.25%,两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:续骨活血汤结合微创钢板固定治疗三踝骨折疗效显著。

Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of Xugu Huoxue Decoction （XGHXD） in combination with minimally invasive plate fixation on three ankle fracture. Methods： Sixty-four patients with three ankle fracture who were treated in our hospital＇s orthopaedics department between Oct. 2012 and Oct. 2013 were chosen as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 32 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given minimally invasive plate fixation treatment, while the ones in the observation group were added XGHXD based on the treatment of the control group. Results： After the treatment, the observation group＇s bone density, serum phosphorus and serum calcium levels were better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The effective rate of the observation group was 90.63%, while that of the control group was 81.25% , the observation group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the control observation group wasl2.50% , while that of the observation group was 6.25%, and there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： XGHXD in combination with minimally invasive plate fixation has a remarkable clinical curative effect on three ankle fracture.
