耳穴压豆法对无痛人工流产术后患者腹痛及出血的影响

The Influence of Auricular Point Pressing Beans Method on Abdominal Pain and Blood After Painless Artificial Abortion

目的:观察耳穴压豆法对无痛人工流产手术后患者腹痛及出血的影响。方法:选取80例无痛人工流产患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规方法行护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予耳穴压豆法。比较两组人流术后患者小腹疼痛(VAS)评分、腹痛及阴道流血的情况。结果:观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腹痛持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组阴道流血时间短于对照组,但差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆法能明显减轻人工流产术后患者腹痛程度,可缩短腹痛及阴道流血时间,减轻患者痛苦。

Objective： To observe the Influence of Auricular point pressing beans method on Rehabilitation of patients after painless artificial abortion. Methods： Eighty women with painless induced abortion were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine nursing care, while the ones in the observation group were given ear acupoint pressing method on the basis of the control group. Then the lower abdominal pain （VAS） score, abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding were compared between the two groups. Results： The observation group＇s VAS score was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. The duration of abdominal pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The vaginal bleeding time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, but there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Auricular point pressing beans can obviously reduce the degree of abdominal pain ＇after artificial abortion, shorten the time of abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding, and relieve the pain of patients.
