消癌平注射液联合化疗治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤131例

One Hundred and Thirty One Cases of Non Hodgkin lymphoma Treated with Xiaoaiping Injection in Combination with Chemotherapy

目的:观察消癌平注射液联合化疗治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:将131例非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者随机分为对照组55例和治疗组76例,对照组单用标准CHOP方案治疗,治疗组采用标准CHOP方案联合消癌平注射液治疗,两组病人化疗期间均辅以止吐、水化、碱化、保肝等药物治疗,每21~28 d重复,每2个周期评价疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗组有效率为71.00%,高于对照组的58.00%(P<0.05);生活质量比较,治疗组提高率为59.00%,对照组提高率为35.00%,两组有效率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消癌平注射液联合化疗治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤可提高化疗疗效,改善患者生活质量,减轻化疗不良反应。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Xiaoaiping Injection （XAPI） in combination with chemotherapy on non Hodgkin lymphoma and their adverse reactions. Methods： One hundred and thirty one patients with non Hodgkin lymphoma were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 55 and 76 cases respectively in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with only standard CHOP scheme, while the ones in the treatment group were added XAPI based on the treatment of the control group. During the period of chemotherapy, the ones in the two groups were also treated with medicine for removing vomit, hydration and alkalization, and protecting the liver, etc. , which was repeated every 21 -28 days. The effect and adverse reactions were estimated every two cycles. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 71%, while that of the control group was 58% ; And the treatment group was higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In terms of quality of life, the improved rate of the treatment group was 59.00%, while that of the control group was 3. 005% （ P 〈 0.05）. In terms of adverse reaction incidence rate, the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion ： XAPI in combination with chemotherapy can improve chemotherapy effect and the patients＇ quality of life, alleviate the adverse reactions of chemotherapy.
