摘要 目前,采油现场计量站所采用的油气分离气包多数是用套管改制的简易气包,这种气包工作性能差,油气分离效率低,且存在一定的安全隐患。根据离心力和受力平衡原理,设计了一种自封闭式油气分离气包,在油气进入气包后,先利用双螺旋结构最大程度地将油气分离;在气量较小,气包内液面上升到一定位置后,浮球-浮筒结构由于受到浮力的作用,其位置升高,此时气包的天然气出口就会自动关闭,可有效避免串油事故的出现。自封闭式油气分离气包可以应用在计量站或油气集输的加热炉前,具有广阔的应用前景。 At present, the oil and gas separator used in the oil field metering station are mostly modified by casing, this separator had disadvantage of bad working performance, low separation efficiency and insecurity. Aiming at these problems,the self-closed oil-gas separator has been de- signed. It is based on principle of centrifugal force and the equilibrium condition of forces. Firstly, the oil and gas are separated by double helix structure of the maximum degree. For avoiding the serial connection when the inlet gas quantity was less, when liquid level to a certain height, the natural gas outlet will be closed by the buoy-floating ball structure. The self-closed oil-gas separa- tor can he applied to the oil field metering station and the heating furnace of oil and gas gather- ing. This separator has simple structure,low price and a wide application prospect.
