卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素治疗产妇产后出血的临床观察

The clinical observation of carboprost tromethamine combined with oxytocin in the treatment of maternal with postpartum hemorrhage

目的研究卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素治疗产妇产后出血的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年10月至2016年11月收治的80例产后出血患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。其中对照组患者给予缩宫素治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予卡前列素氨丁三醇进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的临床总有效率、不良反应发生率及产后2、12、24h出血量。结果观察组临床总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的62.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者产后2、12、24h出血量均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素治疗产妇产后出血的效果明显,能有效降低不良反应发生率,减少产后出血量,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of carboprost tromethamine combined with oxytocin in the treatment of maternal with postpartum hemorrhage. Methods From October 2015 to November 2016, 80 cases of patients with post- partum hemorrhage in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given oxytocin treatment, patients in the observation group were additively given carboprost tromethamine treatment. After treatment, the clinical total effective rate, incidence of ad- verse reactions and postpartum 2, 12, 24 h haemorrhage amount were observed. Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than 62.50% of the control group （P〈0.05）; the total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）; the postpartum 2, 12, 24 h haemorrhage amount in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Carboprost tromethamine combined with oxytocin in maternal with postpartum hemorrhage can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and postpartum haemorrhage amount, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
