计划生育手术与异位妊娠关联性的临床分析

Clinical analysis of association between family planning surgery and ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨计划生育手术与异位妊娠的关联性。方法选择2012年1月至2015年1月在我院治疗的65例异位妊娠患者作为本次研究对象,对患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果 65例异位妊娠患者中,存在计划生育手术史的患者41例,占比为63.1%,无计划生育手术史患者24例,占比为36.9%,有计划生育手术史患者的占比明显高于不存在计划生育手术史的患者,存在计划生育手术史患者手术类型主要为人工流产(24例)和宫内节育手术(21例,其中有4例有人工流产史)。存在计划生育手术患者的宫内炎症、输卵管妊娠占比均显著高于不存在计划生育手术患者(P<0.05)。结论计划生育手术与异位妊娠存在密切相关性,计划生育手术容易使患者发生炎症,从而导致异位妊娠的发生。计划生育手术中人工流产和宫内节育是女性发生异位妊娠的高危因素,实施计划生育手术的过程中需高度关注手术的安全性,尽可能降低因手术操作而对患者造成的伤害。

Objective To explore the association between family planning surgery and ectopic pregnancy. Methods Six- ty-five cases of eetopic pregnancy patients admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were enrolled as the research objects, and the clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 65 cases patients, there were 41 patients with a history of family planning surgery, accounting for 63.1%, 24 patients without family planning surgery, accounting for 36.9%, the proportion of patients with family planning surgery was higher than that of patients without a history of family planning surgery. Patients with a history of family planning surgery accepted mainly abortion （24 cases） and intrauterine birth control （21 cases, of which 4 cases had an abortion history）. The prevalences of intrauter- ine inflammation and tubal pregnancy in patients with family planning surgery were significantly higher than those in pa- tients without family planning surgery, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Family plan- ning surgery and ectopic pregnancy is closely related, and family planning surgery is easy to make patients with in- flammation, and further leads to the occurrence of ectopic pregnancy. Artificial abortion and intrauterine birth control are high risks for ectopic pregnancy. In the process of family planning surgery, the safety must be highly concerned, and effective preventive measures shoule be taken to reduce the injury caused by surgical operation as much as possible.
