肿瘤化疗中植入式静脉输液港与外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管的应用效果比较

Application effect comparison of vein transfusion port and peripherally inserted central catheter in tumor chemotherapy

目的比较肿瘤化疗中植入式静脉输液港与外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的肿瘤化疗患者120例为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和试验组,各60例。试验组患者采用植入式静脉输液港(IVAP)进行治疗,对照组患者采用外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)进行治疗。比较两组患者一次置管成功率和管路维护操作时间,并对两组患者的并发症发生情况进行比较。结果试验组一次置管成功率高于对照组,试验组管路维护操作时间短于对照组,试验组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 IVAP置管在肿瘤化疗中的应用效果明显优于PICC置管,并且能有效降低并发症发生率,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective To compare the application effects of vein transfusion port and peripherally inserted central catheter in tumor chemotherapy. Methods A total of 120 patients with cancer chemotherapy in our hospital were selected as the research objects. All the patietns were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 60 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with implantable venous port （IVAP）, while the control group was treated with peripherally inserted central vein （PICC） catheter. The disposable catheterization success rate, tube maintenance operation time and incidence of complications in the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the disposable catheterization success rate was higher, tube maintenance operation time was shorter, and the incidence of complications was lower in the observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion IVAP catheter in tumor chemotherapy is better than PICC catheter, and it can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, which has high clinical value.
