螺内酯与盐酸贝那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效分析

Efficacy analysisof spironolactone and benazepril hydrochloride in treatment of chronic heart failure

目的分析螺内酯与盐酸贝那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年4月至2016年4月收治的140例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组(70例)与观察组(70例),对照组行单纯螺内酯治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予盐酸贝那普利治疗,2个疗程后观察两组患者临床症状缓解情况和心功能改善情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.86%,明显高于对照组的78.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察患者的左室射血分数、心力储备、室壁增厚率均明显高于对照组,收缩晚期血容量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的收缩早期血容量比较,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论螺内酯联合盐酸贝那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭能明显缓解患者的临床症状,改善心功能水平,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of spironolactone and benazepril hydroehloride in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods One hundred and forty cases of patients with chronic heart failure admitted in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group （70 cases） was given spironolactone, while the observation group received benazepril hydrochloride on the basis of the control group. The improvement of clinical symptoms and cardiac function were observed in the two groups after two courses of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%, which was significantly higher than 78.57% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction, cardiac reserve and ventricular wall thickening rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the late systolic blood volume in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no statistical difference in the early systolic blood volume between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Spironolactone combined with benazepril hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic heart failure can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve cardiac function, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
