摘要
目的探讨中医康复护理模式在骨科术后恢复期的护理效果。方法随机选取我科120例骨科术后恢复期患者,将其均分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者以对照组护理模式为基础,行中医康复护理,观察并比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组患者的60.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科术后恢复期中应用中医康复护理模式,可促进患者的康复,提高患者生活质量,有利于患者预后,值得在骨科术后恢复期临床中推广应用。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of rehabilitati on nursing model of TCM in postoperative recovery period of orthopedics department patients. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients in postoperative recovery period in our department of orthopedics were selected, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in control group received routine nursing care, and the patients in observation group were treated with rehabilitation nursing model of TCM based on the nursing mode of the control group. The effect of nursing care were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 60.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In postoperative recovery period of orthopedics department patients, the application of rehabilitation nursing model of TCM can promote the rehabilitation of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, which is conducive to the prognosis of the patients. It is worthy of popularization and application in the postoperative recovery period of the department of orthopedics.
