术后早期运动护理对胃肠道肿瘤手术患者术后恢复的影响

Effect of postoperative early exercise nursing on postoperative recovery in patients with gastrointestinal tumor

目的探讨术后早期运动护理对胃肠道肿瘤手术患者术后恢复的影响。方法选取于我院接受手术治疗的72例胃肠道肿瘤患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为观察组(n=37)及对照组(n=35)。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组则在此基础上加入术后早期运动护理。对两组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果观察组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、恢复进食时间、排气时间、排便时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、并发症发生率及护理满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者的入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠质量、药物催眠评分明显优于护理前,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对胃肠道肿瘤手术患者实施术后早期运动护理,能够对患者的术后恢复起到积极的推动作用,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of postoperative early exercise nursing on postoperative recovery in patients with gastrointestinal tumor. Methods A total of 72 gastrointestinal tumor patients who treated with surgery in our hospital were enrolled as the study objects, all the patients were randomly divided into observation group （n=37） and control group （n=35）. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation accepted postoperative early exercise nursing on the basis of the routine nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The recovery time of bowel sound and taking food, exhaust time, defecation time, ambulation time, out of bed time, hospitalization time, incidence rate of complication and nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. After nursing, the sleep latency, sleep time, sleep quality and drug hypnosis scores of the two groups were better than those before nursing, and those of the observation group were better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Postoperative early exercise nursing in patients with gastrointestinal tumor play a positive role in promoting the postoperative recovery of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
