摘要
目的探讨护理安全管理在妇科患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2016年12月240例于本院妇科接受护理安全管理的手术患者为研究组,另选取2015年1月至2015年12月240例于我院妇科接受临床传统护理管理的手术患者为对照组。比较两组患者的护理安全评分、不良事件发生率及护理满意度。结果研究组患者各护理安全指标评分均明显优于对照组,且护理缺陷总发生率明显低于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理安全管理在妇科患者围手术期中应用效果显著,有效降低了护理不良事件的发生率,提高了护理质量及护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing safety management in perioperative gynecological patients. Methods A total of 240 patients who underwent nursing safety management from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the study group; another 240 patients who underwent routine nursing management from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as the control group. The nursing safety scores, incidences of adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the nursing safety scores, incidences of adverse events and nursing satisfaction of the study group were better, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing safety management is effective for the perioperative gynecological patients, which can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events, improve the quality of care and patients＇ nursing satisfaction, it is worthy of popularization and adoption in clinical practice.
