探析微生物检验室内PDCA循环管理改进措施对检验质量的影响

Effect analysis of improvement measures of PDCA cycle management on inspection quality in microbiological laboratory

目的探析微生物检验室内PDCA循环管理改进措施对检验质量和工作人员工作压力的影响。方法将我院微生物实验室PDCA循环管理改进措施实施前、后的200例微生物实验标本纳入本次研究,对比观察PDCA循环管理改进措施实施前、后的标本不及格率、检验质量评分,并分析22例检验室人员工作满意度情况。结果实施PDCA循环管理改进措施后,微生物标本不及格率明显低于实施前(P<0.05);实施后的微生物检验质量评分、检验人员工作满意度均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论通过对微生物检验室内质量影响因素进行分析和处理,改进PDCA循环管理,可提高微生物实验室的检验质量,提高检验人员工作满意度,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of improvement measures of PDCA cycle management on inspection quality and work pressure of staff in microbiological laboratory. Methods A total of 200 cases microbial samples in microbiology laboratory of our hospital before and after the improvement of PDCA cycle management measures were enrolled in this study. The specimen failure rate and inspection quality score before and after the improvement of PDCA cycle management measures were compared, and the work satisfaction in 22 cases laboratory staff were analyzed. Results The microbial specimen failure rate after the improvement of PDCA cycle management measures was significantly lower than that before improvement （P〈0.05）; the inspection quality score and work satisfaction of laboratory staff after improvement were higher than those before improvement （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It can improve the inspection quality and work satisfaction of laboratory staff in microbiological laboratory by analyzing and processing the influencing factors to the inspection quality, improve the PDCA cycle management, which is worthy of popularization.
