深圳市小(2)型水库功能调整研究及效益分析

摘要 在充分考虑水库功能、河流水质等因素的基础上,深圳市探讨利用小型水库(库容<100万m^3)进行河流补水的环境效益,并分析水库周边的用地优化效益。结果表明小(2)型水库功能调整后,深圳河(湾)流域、龙岗河流域、观澜河流域、坪山河流域和茅洲河流域的主要河流水环境质量有所改善,大鹏(亚)湾流域河流水质的改善效果相对不明显。小(2)型水库的补水在改善河流水质同时,把45.914km^2的土地从集雨区释放出来,可缓解深圳市土地资源紧张的局面。 Based on the consideration of reservoir function and water quality of river, the paper investi- gated the environment efficiency of small reservoir (the capacity〈 10^6 m3 ) for supplement of river in ShenZhen and the optimization of land use in reservoir area. The river water quality of Shenzhen River &. Bay Catchment, Longgang River Catchment, Guanlan River Catchment, Pingshan River Catchment and Maozhou River Catchment has been significantly improved after the function of small reservoir type Ⅱ ad- justed. However, the river water quality improvement in Dayawan Catchment is not obvious. Moreover, 45. 914 km2 of land would be released from reservoir plant area and then this mitigate the shortage of land resource. This study can provide a scientific basis of rational utilization of water resources and the improve- ment of urban water environmental in ShenZhen.
