摘要 当今城市排水主干管的特点包括口径大、排水量大和建设在密集建筑群之间,许多缺陷管段不适合大开挖施工。结合已发现管道存在的结构性缺陷与功能性缺陷问题,重点提出适合大口径排水管道非开挖修复可靠、环保的成套技术。免于大开挖施工,利用千斤顶复位管道、预制钢环节节套进掏挖的方式修复贯通,在保证施工人员安全及工期要求的情况下,把对周边交通、空气、噪音、市容的不良影响降至最低,并满足设计和规范的质量要求。技术适用于修复城镇大口径排水管道结构性缺陷,其成功运用为今后非开挖修复大口径排水管道提供范例。 The characteristics of urban main drainage pipeline are large diameter, high water flow and construction in crowded buildings areas. As the pipeline with using long time and high load operation, main drain gradually appears all sorts of flaws. Due to the requirement of urban de- velopment and environmental protection requirements, many of the sections are not suitable for large excavation construction. This paper has found that the structural defects existing in the pipe- line and the functional defects, mainly for large diameter drainage pipeline trenchless repair is relia- ble. Different form large excavation construction, this repair technology use jack reset pipeline sec- tion, prefabricated steel link into excavation way to repair, to ensure the safety of construction per- sonnel and time limit for a project requirements. The bad influence of the surrounding transporta- tion, air, noise can be declined and the requirements of the quality of the design and specification can be met. The technique for large diameter pipes can fix structural imperfections that it would be an example.
