模块化建造是指使用工厂生产预制的建筑模块,在现场组装完成整栋建筑的建造方法。和传统建造相比,绿色、快速和智能的特点使模块化建造在最大限度缩短工期的同时,提供更高品质的建筑,并兼顾建筑可持续发展的要求。该文旨在对国外模块化建造的内涵进行归纳与总结,同时借鉴相关实践案例,对模块化建造进行全面解析,为建筑师和相关人员更全面地了解模块化建造提供理论支持,从而更好地推广和应用模块化建造,提高建筑生产率。

Modular construction refers to the method of using factory production of prefabricated building modules and assembling to complete the construction of the entire building. Compared with the traditional construction, modular construction is green, faster and more intelligent, so that it can shorten the duration, provide a higher quality of the building, and meet the requirements of sustainable development of the building. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the connotation of foreign modular construction, referring to related practical cases, we comprehensively analyze modular construction, we hope it can provide theoretical support for the architect and the relevant personnel of a more comprehensive understanding of the modular construction, so as to better promote and apply the modular construction, to improve construction productivity.
