再论“校园文化建设的研究生时代”——基于武汉部分研究型大学的调查与思考

On the “Postgraduate Era in Campus Culture Construction”——Investigation and Reflection on Some A Study Based on Investigation of Research Universities in Wuhan

校园文化的研究生时代要以研究生为主导,具有高学术水平、高度社会化、创新精神和创造力。基于武汉部分研究型大学的调查,发现样本高校正进入校园文化的研究生时代,主要表现在:研究生校园文化活动参与积极性高,社会活动参与热情高,社会责任感较强,人际交往表现出一定的生活阅历,闲暇安排以学术为重。迎接校园文化的研究生时代,需要进一步发挥研究生群体在校园文化建设中的主导地位,需要以学术活动为纽带提高研究生知识创新的积极性,需要加强研究生思想建设。

The postgraduate era of campus culture should be led by the graduate students, and be of high academic level, high socialization, innovation and creativity. Based on the investigation of some research universities in Wuhan, it is found that the universities were entering the postgraduate era of campus culture, mainly in the following aspects. The postgraduate group has higher participation enthusiasm in campus culture and social activities, stronger sense of social responsibility, and their interpersonal communication shows a certain life experience, and their leisure arrangements emphasis academic work. In order to meet the postgraduate era of campus culture, we need to further develop the dominant position of the graduate students in the culture construction, improve the enthusiasm of graduate students knowledge innovation by taking academic activities as a link, and strengthen graduate students ideological construction.
