双黄连口服液(儿童型)联合利巴韦林治疗手足口病临床效果观察

Effect of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid( Only for Children) Combined with Ribavirin on Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease

目的:探讨双黄连口服液(儿童型)联合利巴韦林治疗手足口病的临床效果。方法:收集2015年6月~2016年10月来我院治疗的90例手足口病患儿,按照治疗方法分为研究组和对照组各45例,对照组用利巴韦林治疗,研究组用双黄连口服液(儿童型)联合利巴韦林治疗,对比分析两组临床疗效、发热、皮疹、口腔疱疹等临床症状消失时间及住院时间。结果:研究组临床总有效率(93.33%)明显高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组发热、皮疹、口腔溃疡消失时间、住院时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手足口病患儿使用双黄连口服液(儿童型)联合利巴韦林治疗效果较好,可使临床症状显著改善,缩短病程,临床价值较高。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid （Only for children） combined with ribavirin in the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods： 90 children with hand, foot and mouth disease who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to October 2016 were divided into two groups according to the treatment group, the study group and the control group, 45 case each. The control group was treated with the control group. Riboflavin treatment group, the study group with Shuanghuanglian oral solution （ Only for children） combined with ribavirin treatment, comparative analysis of two groups of clinical efficacy, fever, rash, oral herpes and other clinical symptoms disappear and hospital stay. Results： The total effective rate （93.33 % ） in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ 80. 00% ） , the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of fever, rash and mouth ulcer disappeared and hospital stay was significantly less than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The combination of Shuang- huanglian oral liquid （Only for children） combined with ribavirin in children with hand, foot and mouth disease is effective, which can improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the course of disease. The clinical value is high.
