高校体育教育专业学生运动自信心影响因素调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Influence Factors of Sports Confidence of College PE Specialty Students

采用在心理学家"维利"的特质运动自信量表和状态运动自信量表的基础上,结合高校体育教育专业学生的运动特点自制量表,对51名体育教育专业学生的运动自信心影响因素进行了测试和统计分析,分别探讨性别、年龄、认知水平、训练年限以及运动成绩这五种因素对自信心水平的影响。结果表明:高校体育教育专业学生的运动自信心在性别、年龄上不存在显著性差异;在不同等级认知水平上,均不存在显著性差异,但随着认知水平的提高有逐渐增强的趋势;在中等训练年限组和高等训练年限组之间存在显著性差异,其他训练年限组之间不存在显著性差异,但随着训练年限的增加其自信心有逐步增强的倾向;在运动成绩因素上存在显著性差异。以期为体育教育专业学生运动自信心的培养、运动成绩的提高提供有益的参考。

The trait sport confidence scale and state sport confidence in psychologist 'vealy' based on, combined with the students majoring in Physical Education in Colleges and universities movement characteristics of self-made scale, influence factors of sport confidence of 51 students majoring in physical education were test and statistical analysis, respectively, to explore gender, age, cognitive level, number of years of training and athletic performance of these five factors on the level of confidence. The results showed that the students majoring in Physical Education in Colleges and universities of sport confidence in gender and age does not exist significant differences; in different levels of cognitive level, not the existence of significant differences, but with the improvement of cognitive level have gradually enhanced trend; between the moderate training age groups and years of higher training group exist significant differences, other training period between group does not exist significant differences, but with the training years increase their self-confidence is gradually enhanced tendency; in the sports performance factors exist significant differences. To provide a useful reference to improve in order to cultivate students self-confidence, PE professional sports performance.
