Special coastal sports items gradually become famous and popular activities. Methods of literature, comparative analysis and internet are applied to analyze strengthes, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the north coastal economic development area of Guang Xi. The research shows that coastal cities in development area of Guangxi possess the potential to become special sports tourism cities. And on this basis, consumption model of public business is built, which contributes to increase human benefit,business benefit and ecological benefit for Guangxi.
