社会体育指导与管理专业“3+1”应用型人才培养模式中专业实习的反思——以相思湖学院为例

The Rethingking on the Professional Practice of “3+1” of Applied Talent Cultivating for the Social Sports Guidance and Management Major——A Case Study on Xiangsihu College

"3+1"人才培育模式在许多高校的许多专业进行了实践和探索,对学生实践能力的锻炼、职业技能的掌握都取得了良好的效果。相思湖学院社会体育指导与管理本科专业在2010年开始实行"3+1"人才培养模式,专业实习的安排和效果都取得了一定成绩,但也出现了不少问题!因此,如何完善和改革"3+1"人才培养模式中的专业实习中的"1",进一步提高学生的实习效果和质量,是急需解决的现实问题。

'3+1'model of talent cultivatinghas been practiced and explorated in many professional in many colleges and universities.It has been achieved good results for the students' practice ability training, occupation skills.Xiangsihu college began to implement the '3+1' training mode in social sports guidance and management major in 2010, it has made some achievements in arrangement and effect of professional practice, but there are many problems! Therefore, how to reform and perfect the '3+1' training mode of professional practice in the '1', to further improve the students' practice effect and quality, is an urgent problem.
