The Development of Sports Master Degree Education in China

我国的体育硕士专业学位教育经过10年的摸索发展,虽然正逐渐走上规范化发展道路,但仍存在不少问题,主要包括:招考制度仍不够完善、培养出来的人才规格与培养目标之间存在较大差距、导师的配备不够专业。并依此提出了进一步完善招考制度、改革导师配备模式、提高体育专业硕士的招生比例等对策。

The Master Degree of Sports Education after 10 years of exploration development,although successful,is gradually embarked on the standardization of the development path,but there's still aspects of the problem,including:recruitment system is still not perfect,trained between talent specifications and training objectives a wide gap between instructors with unprofessional.And so we propose to further improve the recruitment system,reform tutor equipped model to improve the enrollment ratio of countermeasures such as Master of Sports.
