从体育教师的角度出发,将现代教育理念的内涵应用于体育教师的综合素质培养中,从实施和推进高校体育素质的目的出发,对构建独立学院体育教师综合素质发展体系提出合理建议,探寻与现代教育理念相适应的独立学院体育教师综合素质体系,促进学校体育教学改革的进一步发展。

This research starts from the perspective of PE teachers,will application of the connotation of the concept of modern education in PE Teachers' comprehensive quality training,from the implementation and promote the quality of college sports aim of.on the construction of Independent College PE teachers comprehensive quality development system to propose reasonable suggestions,explore and the idea of modern education to adapt to the independent college PE teachers comprehensive quality system,to promote the further development of the school sports teaching reform.
