山东省普通高校体育选项课现状分析与对策研究

Current situation analysis and Countermeasures on PE Optional Course in General Colleges and Universities in Shandong Province

目的:为完善山东省普通高校体育选项课教学,使其符合时代发展,满足学生对新兴体育项目和休闲运动项目的教学需求。方法:采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法对山东省12所普通高校体育选项课进行调查分析。结果:山东省各个高校的体育选项课教学师资状况和场馆、场地器材能保证体育选项课教学中三大球等传统项目的开展,但是新兴体育项目和休闲运动项目缺少足够的专业师资和场地器材,大部分院校体育选项课教师的培训、进修机制还不够完善,学生学习的评价方法还相对落后。针对这些问题提出合理的改善建议,使山东省高校体育选项课教学与时代接轨,为进一步的体育选项课教学改革提供一定的理论依据。

[Objective]to research on new approaches and measures to improve the teaching of PE elective courses to non-PE students in universities of Shandong Province.The motivation comes from the requirements for college PE to keep up with the times in order to cater to the various needs of students in emerging sports and recreational sports.[Methods]:Through literature review,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics method to investigate and analyze thePE options of 12 colleges and universities in Shandong province.[Results]:The teaching staff strength,sports facilities and equipment in general colleges and universities of Shandong Province can serve fairly well the need for the 'three major ball games' which are among the elective PE courses.However,to introduce new and recreational sports types,they are found short of adequate professional staff,facility and equipment,in one way or the other.Most of the studied universities and colleges have poor teacher-training-and-retraining systems,and lagged-behind approaches to the assessment of student performances.Several suggestions are put forward by our study,in attempt to help provide a theoretical basis for further reform of college PE elective courses.
