洛阳市青少年校园足球文化体制建设研究

On the Construction of Luoyang Youth Campus Football Culture System

以洛阳市青少年校园足球活动开展为背景,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计等方法,探究洛阳市青少年校园足球文化建设,并对当前青少年校园足球文化建设中存在的问题进行深入分析。通过调查显示:1、洛阳市相关职能部门、区体卫艺站对开展校园足球活动的认知需要提高;2、校园足球专项经费不足,场地设施存在不达标现象;3、教练员师资队伍薄弱,政策性保障和评价性制度需要完善;4、竞赛体系仍不健全。因此,要进一步加强宣传,转变观念,提高认识,拒绝功利化;增加专项活动经费投入,拓宽融资渠道;建立健全校园足球活动中教练员的保障体制和奖励体制;加强校园足球精神、行为、制度建设;构建系统、多元化的竞赛体系;定期举办具有特色的校园足球文化节。

Using literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,exploration of Luoyang City youth campus football culture construction and the problems existing in the construction of youth campus football culture were in-depth analysis.The survey shows that:1,Luoyang City,the relevant functional departments,district health body art station to carry out the cognition of Campus Soccer activities need to improve;2,lack of Campus Soccer special funds,facilities are not standard phenomenon;3,coaches and weak faculty,policy support and the evaluation system needs to be perfected;4,competition system is still not perfect.Therefore,to to further strengthen the publicity,change idea,raise awareness,refuse utilitarian;increase the input of funds for special activities,to broaden the financing channels;establish and improve the campus football coaches in the security system and reward system;strengthen the campus football spirit,behavior,system construction;construction system,diversified competition system;held regularly with features of Campus Cultural Festival of football.
