摘要 提出了一种变电站悬挂异物的识别方法,实现了站内悬挂异物的实时监控。首先,使用数字图像处理技术对采集图像进行去噪等预处理操作。其次,使用SIFT配准定位指定区域,分析并统计指定区域中特征角点的数目。最后,根据特征点数目的分布状态和设定阈值进行异物识别,超过阈值时判定为有异物侵入,预警站内工作人员进行处理。实验证明,该方法具有计算快捷,适应性强、正确率高的特点,可以满足变电站无人值守的实时监控要求。 A method for identifying suspended extra matters in substations is proposed, which realized real-time momtorlng ot suspermea extra mat- ters in substation.First of all, the digital image processing technology is used to de-noise the image.Secondly, the SIFT registration is used to locate the region that analyze and count the number of feature comers in the specified region.Finally, according to the number and the distribution of feature points, the suspended extra matters recognition is carried out.when the feature points statistics exceed specified thresholds, the suspended extra mat- ters is detected and the station staff is wamed.Experimental results show that this method has the characteristics of fast calculation, strong adaptability and high accuracy.It can meet the requirement of unattended real-time monitoring and control in substation.
