摘要
根据兰州市内交通以东西向为主的轴向交通特征,以及主干道交通功能和生活功能重叠、城市公共交通体系单一、居民选择公交出行的比例偏低的局面,提出了在政策引导下,优先建设公交基础设施,调整公交线网结构,保证公交运行路权的公共交通发展策略。
Based on the axial traffic characteristics of urban transportation mainly in the east-west direction of Lanzhou, and in the situation of the traffic function of the main trunk road overlapped with the life function, the single urban bus system, and the low proportion of the residents to select the bus travel, the article puts forward preference to build the infrastructures of public transit, to adjust the network structure of public transit, and to guarantee the development strategy of public transit with the running road right.
