SWOT理论视角下林业产业化中的产业经营主体研究

Study on Business Entities of the Forestry Industrialization in the View of SWOT Theory

通过对目前我国林业产业三类经营主体即"国字号""半官方""非国资"进行SWOT分析,提出林业产业化进程中需要从5个方面入手构建和完善高效多元的林业产业经营主体:一是推进林业经营主体结构均衡;二是加强林业经营主体经营体制机制创新;三是推进经营主体合理布局林业产业体系;四是推进经营主体对国内外农业产业化先进模式的借鉴和学习;五是积极出台扶持与规范经营主体的政策、法律、法规等文件。

By conducting SWOT analysis of the three types of existing business entities of forestry industrialization in China： ＂state-owned＂, ＂semi-official＂ and ＂non-state-owned＂, the thesis put forward that efforts should be focused on the following five aspects to construct and improve effective and multi-variant business entities of forestry industrialization. Firstly, to balance the structure. Secondly, to strengthen the innovation in the system and mechanism. Thirdly, to promote rational layout. Fourthly, to facilitate learning from the advanced pattern of overseas agricultural industrialization. Fifthly, to proactively introduce policies, laws and regulations to support and regulate business entities.
