我国林业生态经济的内涵演进、发展路径与实践模式探究

Exploration on Connotation Evolution, Development Path and Practice Mode of Forestry Ecological Economy in China

统筹推进"五位一体"总体布局和协调推进"四个全面"战略布局,需要贯穿落实"五大"发展理念,建设生态文明。林业在生态文明建设中具有主体性、基础性和先导性的作用,在林业建设的基础上,发展林业生态经济正在成为当前我国实现绿色发展的重要内容和基本路径。文章对近30年来国内外关于林业生态经济内涵的概念阐述进行了全面梳理,系统揭示了林业生态经济的演进规律,从劳动力、资本、自然资源及国家对于林业科技的投入等影响林业生态经济发展的因素出发,全面总结出6种发展模式,在模式比较的基础上,进一步阐释了促进我国林业生态经济发展的建设性意见。

To promote the overall layout of the ＂five in one＂ and to promote the ＂four comprehensive＂ strategic layout, we need to implement the ＂five＂ development concepts and to build an ecological civilization. Forestry has the main, basic and leading roles in ecological civilization. On the basis of forestry construction, the development of forestry ecological economy is becoming the important content and basic path of green development in our country. This report summarized comprehensively the conceptual elaboration of forestry ecological and economic connotations at home and abroad for the past three decades, and revealed the evolution of forestry eco-economy systematically, and summed up six kinds of development modes from the aspects of labor, capital, natural resources and national investment in forestry science and technology. On the basis of the mode comparison, it was further analyzed the constructive opinions that promoted the development of forestry ecological economy.
