LED光源对半夏组培的影响初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过采用LED光源与普通荧光光源对半夏组织培养的比较研究,为半夏人工种茎的规模化生产或大量培植无毒种苗科学选用经济有效光源提供理论依据。方法:设LED单色光及不同配比的组合光源,普通荧光光源为对照,以半夏无菌苗幼嫩叶片为外植体进行组织培养,培养30天和90天后考察不同光源处理下的生物学性状。结果:LED红蓝白组合光下培养的半夏外植体不定芽增殖、不定芽形态、干物质含量、叶绿素含量、小块茎质量等指标均优于或不低于LED单色光及荧光光源处理。结论:LED红蓝白组合光源适用于半夏组织培养。
