藏药宽筋藤的化学成分研究

Study on Chemical Constituents of Tinospora sinensis

目的：研究藏药宽筋藤的化学成分。方法：采用硅胶柱色谱、薄层色谱和制备高效液相色谱等分离纯化技术,结合波谱方法分离鉴定化合物结构。结果：从宽筋藤中分离纯化得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为：齐墩果酸（1）、熊果酸（2）、没食子酸（3）、对羟基苯甲酸（4）、异鼠李素（5）、p-香豆酰-多巴胺（6）、二十四烷酸（7）、二十八烷醇（8）、十九烷醇（9）、十八烷酸（10）、β-谷甾醇（11）、胡萝卜苷（12）。结论：其中,化合物1~10为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective： To study the chemical constituents from Tinospora sinensis. Methods：Column chromatography techniques were used for compounds separation, their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis. Results ： Twelve compounds were iso- lated from Tinospora sinensis, their structures were identified as oleanic acid （ 1 ）, ursolic acid （2）, gallic acid（3） ,4-hydroxybenzoic acid （4）, isorhamnetin （5） ,p-coumaroyldopamine （6） , lignoceric acid （ 7 ）, octacosanol （ 8 ）, nonadecanol （ 9 ）, stearic acid （ 10 ） ,β-sitosterol （11 ） ,daucosterol（12）. Conclusion：Compounds 1 -10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
