摘要
对刨花板层板进行实物承重测试,并与ANSYS有限元应力分析结果进行对比,归纳总结出了刨花板层板宽深尺寸的合理设计尺寸范围;针对其变形制定了刨花板层板抗变形的方案,以加强刨花板层板的承重能力。
The present work investigated the bearing deformation test ofparticleboard used for furniture shelf, and compared with the results of ANSYS finite element analysis. The reasonable design size ofparticleboard＇s width and depth were summed up. It was aim to formulate the anti-deformation for particleboard to enhance the bearing capacity ofparticleboard.
