沟通式规划是一个多方参与利益协调并达成共识的过程。社区提升规划涉及高度分散的多方利益诉求,传统规划方法已难以应对。基于此,文章结合义乌社区提升规划实践,引入沟通式规划的思想和方法,系统介绍沟通式规划的概念、内涵、适用性、技术要点、规划模型和主要做法等,希望能为沟通式规划的应用提供参考。

Communicative planning is a coordination process with multilateral participation of stakeholders. It involves multi-side interests, and the traditional planning methods are difficult to deal with it. The paper takes Yiwu as an example, follows the idea and measure of communicative planning, introduces its concept, connotation, applicability, technical essential, plan model, and main method, provides a reference to the application of communicative planning.
